The Middleton Doll Company is always looking for retailers with the right fit to continue to expand our brand internationally. We are very proud of the brand and product lines we have built over the past 25+ years, and it is very important to us that we find the right retailers as partners that understand and appreciate our brand and are able to present it and our products in a proper fashion.

If you are interested in becoming an Authorized Retailer, please click on the link below and complete the application form. It is a thorough questionnaire, which we developed over many years, and which we have used with great success to build our very special retail network. Please take the time to complete it thoughtfully, and to submit the pictures of your retail location that are required.
